North Shore Canada Day Parade 2009

BIFF invites all fan groups in the Lower Mainland to join with us in this year's parade entry, so that people can see that, yes, there are fans in this town.

I can do Star Trek Next Gen blue shirt, Kaylee from Firefly, Disney Musketeer but minus a cool hat, corsetty wench, or something else if I decide in time. I might have access to a kid who can pull off Jedi, or if I can find the costume, someone a little short to be a Stormtrooper. I can borrow a cheap Matrix Morpheus jacket, if anybody wants to go that way.

I'm probably going to go as Zed from Men In Black again. I have two silver ray guns that I can loan to other MIB personnel, since I have been offered an alien to... uh... aliensit for the occasion.

Since I will be coming along in my Viper Mechanic outfit, representing the Battlestar Galactica club, I wanted to let you know I have a blue "original" Star Trek uniform shirt. It's from the town of Vulcan, but from parade distance, it would look fine with a pair of black pants and boots. I also have Vulcan ears, but honestly, they don't look great but I'm willing to lend 'em.
